Six tools, built in three months, that change how your team works.

Lulu and Georgia is at a scale where the bottleneck is no longer creative or commercial — it's operational throughput. Pitashi proposes a focused twelve-week build of six custom AI-powered tools, each targeting a real daily friction inside your team. The intent is not "AI everywhere" — it's "AI in the four or five places it actually moves the needle."

This document outlines what gets built, when it gets built, what it costs, and how we work together. Everything below is fixed-fee, fixed-scope, and includes 60 days of post-launch support.

A mobile dashboard for the executive team. Email, social, sales, and support metrics with daily AI recommendations and questions to ask your team.

Automated daily analysis of every Klaviyo send. Concrete recommendations for tomorrow’s email, grounded in actual product and audience performance.

Mood Board Creator
A purpose-built canvas tool for the trade team. Search the catalog, drag products onto a room background, export a branded client presentation.

Room Visualizer
AI-rendered room concepts using your actual selected products. Four photorealistic options per generation, refinable until the client gets the right vision.

Data Reports
Plain-English query interface for any spreadsheet. Upload, ask, get a verified report. Built for marketers and ops leads, not analysts.

Trade CRM
Lightweight relationship management for the trade program. Pulls from Shopify, flags cooling designers, drafts personalized outreach.
03 · Timeline

Twelve weeks, four phases.

WEEKS 1–2Discovery
Workshops, data integration, brand setupThree half-day sessions with the team. Klaviyo, Shopify, and GA4 integrations live by end of Week 2. Brand voice and visual library assembled.
WEEKS 3–6Phase 1 build
Daily Pulse, Email Intelligence, Data ReportsThree analytics-focused tools shipped to staging by end of Week 6. Internal alpha testing begins immediately.
WEEKS 7–10Phase 2 build
Mood Board, Room Visualizer, Trade CRMThree creative- and sales-focused tools shipped to staging. Trade team and design team test in parallel.
WEEKS 11–12Launch
Production launch + team trainingAll six tools to production. Two team training sessions and a written playbook for each tool. Pitashi remains on call for the following 60 days.

05 · Terms

The shape of how we work.

Engagement
Fixed-fee, fixed-scope. Change orders signed and priced separately.
IP
Lulu and Georgia owns all custom code. Pitashi retains rights to its component patterns.
Hosting
Vercel + Firebase, billed direct to L&G. We estimate $400/month at current usage.
Support
60 days post-launch included. Ongoing retainer available at $14K/mo for continued evolution.
Data privacy
Nothing leaves your accounts except for Anthropic API calls, which are scoped per-tool.
Termination
Either party may terminate with 14 days notice; work-to-date and pro-rata fees apply.
